Emily Joy Johnston

Emily specializes social media, content, event management and community outreach.

Emily’s created and managed more than 500 events (including most of her friend’s weddings), built partnerships and sponsorships grossing more than $1M, and create social communities for authors, breweries, startups, animal rescues, and charities.

Emily is a yogi, photographer, houseplant lover, hiker, gardener, cook, and traveler and has lived in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Detroit, and Flagstaff, and recently relocated to Phoenix. When not geeking-out over social media trends, she is working on creative marketing campaigns for Home ‘Fur’ Good, and bringing outdoor enthusiasts together for Mappy Hour PHX.

Hayley Wells

Hayley is a published writer with agency and freelance experience in copywriting, content development, and market research. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northwestern University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her past experience includes working with luxury brands in the private aviation, real estate development, and personal wellness sectors.

Epiphany Socco

Epiphany is a Houston native, relocated to Los Angeles after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in PR.

As a young kid, Epiphany vividly remembers flipping through a copy of Vogue and being in awe of the ads. Since then she’s held a passion for writing and marketing. Her experience ranges from Fortune 500’s to tech startups.

When OOO you can find her at the nearest music festival, a 6AM spin class, or geeking out on rap genius. And if you were to scroll through her Instagram feed you’d find: @virgilabloh, @thefemalehustlers and @curate.la.

Kira Goidel

Kira is an administrative professional and musician from Mohegan Lake, New York. A bulk of her experience lies in office/venue management as she has been the office manager at Birdland Jazz Club in Manhattan for the past three years. In this role, Kira wears multiple hats managing the website and box office, social posting, scheduling and more. Kira is also the Director of Member Classes for Jazzvoice.com where she organizes masterclasses and and updates the website. She also assists with social media for the University of North Texas Vocal Jazz Account. 

In her spare time, Kira does yoga and loves to hear live music. 

Kira has an undergraduate degree in Jazz Studies from SUNY Purchase and is currently pursuing a Masters degree from the University of North Texas. 

Alaina Gonzalez-White

Alaina is a nature-loving, mountain town, tree hugger, come Big City dweller. Spending the bulk of her career in music venue operations and event management.

David Abed

David is social media obsessed. For over a decade he’s been creating social media strategy and writing content for companies large and small. His clients include: Purina, Discovery Cube, Wild Planet Foods, Melrose Business Improvement District, numerous local restaurants, Softbank Robotics, Underwriting Laboratories, The City of Burbank, and various independent hotels. David is an alumni of the University of Michigan and has over 100K followers on TikTok.

Lily Colby

Lily is a Los Angeles native but currently resides in San Francisco. Having parents in advertising influenced Lily to pursue a career in the same industry — although growing up, she swore this would never happen! Her attention to detail, love for organization and ability to remain calm during stressful situations has contributed to past successes when creating campaigns.

Some of her favorite music labels include Drumcode and Anjunabeats/Anjunadeep. She’s also a foodie, and therefore a fitness addict.

Lily received her BA in Advertising from the University of San Francisco.

Brian Johnston

Brian works on business development and client strategy for Agave Social, and is also a senior mechanical engineering consultant in the automotive industry. He has led engine development programs, won at the pinnacle level of motorsport, and worked in road-car research and development.

An avid outdoors person, Brian likes hiking, biking, and nature.
